You should then focus on Warfare (max this first), and splash in some Hydroshopist early (you'll want 1 Hydro and 1 Necro to use Blood Rain in Act 1, and 3 Hydro and 3 Necro to use. For skills, you only need 3 in necromancy (tops). The sheer level of freedom that is afforded to players in this game is mind-blowing, with quests and combat encounters having multiple viable solutions that players can opt for. For Int based, you want to focus your stats into Intelligence first, followed by wits, and memory for spell slots. Most other 3 source skills cant be obtained till level. Once you get access to the source spells in act two, you can drop summoning for full Necro/Warfare. Max it out immediately, don’t worry about the Necro stuff since Necro really doesn’t have offensive capabilities in the first act. As said though, if you’re going lone wolf, summoning is only worthwhile early game in the first act.
